LyraVR is a music making game which transforms the console staple into an astounding VR experience. This dynamic title puts the player in an audio-visual world in which you create musical sculptures out of individual sound nodes, blending elements together to create incredible music.

What is LyraVR?

Instead of playing a level or having enemies or challenges, music creation lets you sit back, relax and let your imagination wander. Even if you don’t remember those glory days of zen-like music making on the original Playstation console, LyraVR should still impress. At the core of the game is its collection of musical elements. You use these to create your own symphonies, but in 3D. You create enchanting 3D sculptures out of nodes of sound and lines of track time. Once one sculpture is complete, you move onto another, layering its sounds on top of the sculptures you have already made. The visuals themselves are beautiful, creating the sculptures is intuitive and it all comes alive as you press ‘play’ and experience your audio-visual musical masterpiece.
